About Us
JEM, LLC was founded on December 31, 1997 by Mr. James Marlowe in Waveland,
Mississippi. Mr. Marlowe was employed with another major regional mechanical
contractor from June of 1983 to January 2001. The last 7 years of his employment
he was the Gulf Coast Profit Center Manager. In January 2001, Mr. Tom Canale joined JEM, LLC. Mr. Canale
was Senior Project Manager and employed with a major regional mechanical
contractor for 24 years. Between them there is over 65 years of experience in
the mechanical contracting field.
JEM, LLC holds HVAC and Plumbing licenses in the states of Mississippi,
Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana.
JEM, LLC will provide the best mechanical solutions, quality, and
value for its customers while providing a safe work place that enhances the
lives of the members and its employees. JEM promotes the principles of free
enterprise where employees can succeed and be rewarded on their individual
